What's VCM Spring?


VCM stands for Voice Coil Motor, which serves as the automatic focusing mechanism in cellphone cameras. The core component of a VCM is the spring, which both supports the lenses and drives them back and forth to achieve precise focus. Each cellphone camera contains two VCM springs.
